چکیده

We study evolution of a flat Friedmann-Robertson Walker universe filled with a bulk viscous cosmological fluid in a higher derivative theory of gravity in the presence of time varying gravitational and cosmological constant. Cosmological models admitting both power-law and exponential expansions are explored here in the presence of imperfect fluid described by full Israel and Stewart theory. We note some new and interesting cosmological solutions relevant for model building including present accelerating phase. In the case of power law, it is found that gravitational constant increases as the time evolves for a positive cosmological constant whereas it decreases for a negative cosmological constant. The evolution of temperature of a viscous universe is also determined. PACS No(S): 98.80. Cq ∗E-mail: [email protected] †E-mail: [email protected]

Bulk Viscous Cosmological Model with G and Lambda Variables Through Dimensional Analysis

A model with flat FRW symmetries and G and Λ, variable is considered in such a way that the momentum-energy tensor that describes the model is characterized by a bulk viscosity parameter. For this tensor the conservation principle is taken into account. In this paper it is showed how to apply the dimensional method in order to solve the outlined equations in a trivial way. Keywords— Odes, AD, F...

The Density-Driven Nanofluid Convection in an Anisotropic Porous Medium Layer with Rotation and Variable Gravity Field: A Numerical Investigation

In this study, a numerical examination of the significance of rotation and changeable gravitational field on the start of nanofluid convective movement in an anisotropic porous medium layer is shown. A model that accounts for the impact of Brownian diffusion and thermophoresis is used for nanofluid, while Darcy’s law is taken for the porous medium. The porous layer is subjected to uniform rotat...

Immersed Boundary Method for Variable Viscosity and Variable Density Problems Using Fast Constant-Coefficient Linear Solvers II: Theory

We analyze the stability and convergence of first-order accurate and second-order accurate timestepping schemes for the Navier-Stokes equations with variable viscosity. These schemes are characterized by a mixed implicit/explicit treatment of the viscous term, in which a numerical parameter, λ, determines the degree of splitting between the implicit and explicit contributions. The reason for th...

Stagnation-point flow of a viscous fluid towards a stretching surface with variable thickness and thermal ‎radiation‎

‎In the present analysis‎, ‎we study the boundary layer flow of an incompressible viscous fluid near the two-dimensional stagnation-point flow over a stretching surface‎. ‎The effects of variable thickness and radiation are also taken into account and assumed that the sheet is non-flat‎. ‎Using suitable transformations‎, ‎the governing partial differential equations are first converted to ordin...
